Dear students,

documenting and communicating your design is a valuable skill. This class will teach how to prepare your design for production. We will cover:

• rendering in fusion
• animations and explosion view
• preparing files for laser cutting
• preparing files for 3D-Printing
• preparing files for CNC-Milling
• simulation and quality control
• technical drawings
• tolerances, norms, materials, surface finish etc.

After this course you will how to properly document your product that you can hand over to clients or production partners. This will also look great in your portfolio!

Prior experience in Autodesk Fusion 360 or any other CAD-Software is not mandatory! If you don't know Fusion yet, we will simply import existing CAD files for this class.
