The Internet of Things (IoT) is driving the transformation of the extended supply chain and many other LoB’s. It’s a key pillar of SAP’s Digital Strategy, and a huge growth opportunity. SAP can help to capture the real value of IoT by connecting “things” to the enterprise to provide better insights and proactive actions for our customers.
The Business unit IoT and Digital Supply Chain is responsible for defining and delivering on the end-to-end IoT strategy and innovative product portfolio, by working with our customers and partners to develop leading-edge SAP IoT solutions in areas like manufacturing, supply chain management, asset management, utilities and Industrie 4.0.
To pave the way for future growth and partnerships SAP has launched and established the SAP Accelerator in Berlin. This Accelerator aims at engaging with customers and Startups to actively co-develop complementary IoT and Digital Supply Chain solutions alongside with the SAP portfolio.
The SAP IoT Startup Accelerator has won the Newcomer of the Year award by the magazine Capital.
EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
As a working student at the SAP IoT Startup Accelerator team, you will support the team with organizational as well as design and creative tasks such as:
- Create visual content on startups and accelerator activities for internal and external media
- Support in all design matters of the SAP IoT Startup Accelerator
- Provide and implement creative content ideas which help translate IoT topics
- Support with your hands-on mentality for getting things done in a quick and pragmatic way
- Help building up and running the SAP IoT Startup Accelerator with focus on visual communications
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Knowledge and experience in communication design (e.g. video production (blogging), basic graphic design skills, photography, social media)
- Creative mindset with ability to find and visualize content on own initiative
- Enthusiast of digital communications and marketing
- Organizational talent & able to tackle multiple tasks
- Excellent team player with entrepreneurial mind set
- Good communicator with well-developed written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English and German
EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / WORK EXPERIENCE
Student (f/m) at a university or a university of applied sciences with preferred fields of study: Communications Design
Previous experience in a design/creative role is beneficial but not a must.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
